Less of a scent after cooking. Slightly gummy texture when baked, but fine grained. Alone in a pie I don’t think this is quite the texture I would appreciate.

Raw, it has a firm ‘fracturing’ texture, the flavor is pleasant and sweet, but I find undistinguished. A hybrid of the Honeycrisp and Pink Lady it seems.

I think I would call this a good apple for snacking, cut small it’s an ok ‘filler’ texture for baking. Might be good in a fritter more than a pie.
