It occurred to me that I had all these photos of my friend from college. I had an idea for a 3 dimensional project that never really worked out. Now however, I’m in need of source material for portraits.

Technically I was attempting a more Renaissance type of style. I’ve recently found a set of videos on youtube.com about the forger Tom Keating. Specifically the video about Rembrandt’s style.  If you are a painter or attempting to be a painter and have an interest in more classical style, I recommend looking those up.
